Hemp Heart Seed for healthy Living.

I've received a sample of Hemp heart this week and was excited to try it since I've never heard of this before. So that night i set up 2 things, I bought some yogurt and frozen fruits for my breakfast the next day, then made salad for that night. First I tried mixing it with the salad and it was tasty, It has a slightly nutty taste, similar to a sunflower seed or pine nut that adds flavor to the salad, I usually just put olive oil and pepper so I can really taste the Hemp hearts seed. The next day I made my yogurt and frozen fruits with Hemp Hearts seed and it was a delightful morning. I feel so satisfied with this product and will buy more of this I know that Hemp Hearts contain more protein and omegas and less carbs than the same serving of chia or flax, also high in fiber. 

Hemp hearts seed (aka raw shelled hemp seed). is a good way of adding something healthy to your meal or snack.
